At Cardboard Hero, we want you to love your fit, so we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items with original tags attached. Our process is designed to be as seamless as your favorite outfit, ensuring you find the perfect piece every time.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all labels and tags are intact to qualify for a full refund or store credit.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely attach it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated courier service and keep your tracking number handy as we process your request within 5-7 business days.
